As a supplement to the Pricing page, the Autual Gold Sponsor Linking Agreement provides additional information about the publishing of Autual Gold Sponsor (sponsored) web links at the Autual Hyperlinks web portal, as well as about unsponsored links—and currently repeats some content from the Pricing page.

At the portal, for an Autual Gold Sponsor, one link is published at an Autual Gold Sponsor page and the other at The Berkshires and Beyond; unsponsored links are published at The Berkshires and Beyond, only.

To inquire about sponsoring your web links, please email your details to Autual Hyperlinks. Please include your business name; website address; and your likely desired level of sponsorship (The Threebie, etc.). Or, if you would like to begin with an unsponsored link, at The Berkshires and Beyond (only), feel free to inquire about that opportunity.

Autual Gold Club pricing details: Autual Gold Club sponsors, for this level of sponsorship, will specify an interest in sponsoring at $50, $100, or $150; for either the 300-day, 310-day, or 320-day web links, respectively.

For all sponsors (including the Autual Gold Club level): A, B, and C constitutes the Basic Agreement within the Autual Gold Sponsor Linking Agreement, as follows:

A) Please see Pricing for details about the Autual Gold Sponsor levels of sponsorship, and making payment; the intial payment is 10% (ten percent) of the sponsorship level.

Note that non-payment of the 10% (ten percent)—due after the first 100 (one hundred) days of publishing (net 30)—is electing to opt out of sponsorship, by not making the scheduled payment for your related links.

After opting out, your web link at the Autual Gold Sponsor page for your level of sponsorship is deleted, and also at The Berkshires and Beyond, within 60 days or less.

B) There is nothing to sign in becoming an Autual Gold Sponsor. Rather, a mutual understanding is reached between you and Autual Hyperlinks, via email, at which time you agree in writing that you wish to become an Autual Gold Sponsor; that you are agreeing to send a check to Autual Hyperlinks after your links are published for 100 days, covering 10% (ten percent) of the price of your chosen level of sponsorship (net 30; should you not be opting out of sponsorship at or before that time).

C) You are further agreeing that, providing that you made the 10% payment as an Autual Gold Sponsor, you will send a check for the balance for that level of sponsorship, paying the remaining 90% after your links have been published for the full promised number of days, per your level of sponsorship (net 30; in paying the balance to Autual Hyperlinks). Note: This is modified by a term below, at 4.

With A, B &C as the Basic Agreement (above), your check is made payable to "Autual Hyperlinks" and is mailed to the Autual Hyperlinks billing address, as will be emailed to you.

Outside of the Basic Agreement, please note the following terms (terms 1-8) that, along with the Pricing page, serve to further outline the publishing of web links at the Autual Hyperlinks web portal:

1. Sponsored web links are published alphabetically. One link is published on the Autual Gold Sponsor page for your desired level of sponsorship, and the other at The Berkshires and Beyond (per the web link category).

2. As an Autual Gold Sponsor, you will seek to notify Autual Hyperlinks of any changes you've made that affect your sponsored links, such as a new website address (and so that Autual Hyperlinks can make any required updates at Autual.com).

3. Regarding sponsored links—and if the Autual Hyperlinks web portal is temporarily offline, whether for technical reasons or otherwise—lost days shall be made up by Autual Hyperlinks until your web links have been published for the duration (number of days) of the sponsorship level, provided that the Autual Hyperlinks website is back online.

If/when the website is back online as a working web portal, the Autual Gold Sponsor's publishing (and payment) schedule resumes, for Autual Gold Sponsors choosing to continue their sponsorship.

4. For whatever reason, if an Autual Gold Sponsor is unable to continue as a sponsor, Autual Hyperlinks will delete the associated Autual Gold Sponsor web links. However, Autual Hyperlinks does not receive any remuneration specific to these links, regarding the (discontinuing) sponsorship, other than the 10% payment made earlier (if this 10% payment was made).

5. You agree to check on your sponsored web links from time to time and will notify Autual Hyperlinks if a link is somehow no longer working or no longer published (and so that Autual Hyperlinks can make any required updates at Autual.com and adjust the publishing and payment schedule accordingly).

6. Autual Hyperlinks will delete your published web links at your request.

7. You understand Autual Hyperlinks will delete your web link on your Autual Gold Sponsor page if your sponsorship has expired or lapsed due to non-payment.

8. At any time, Autual Hyperlinks may delete from The Berkshires and Beyond any web link not currently sponsored.
