This page is about Autual Gold Sponsor web links at the Autual Hyperlinks web portal, and about the publishing of sponsored as well as unsponsored links.

1. To inquire with Autual Hyperlinks (technically known as the Source Site) about sponsoring your web links (to your website, the Destination Site), please email your details, including your business name, website address, and your likely desired level of sponsorship (The Threebie, etc.). Autual Hyperlinks will reach out to you via email, generally within ten business days. Autual Hyperlinks is reached via email at: judson@autual.com

The following topics apply if you will be sponsoring web links for publishing at The Berkshires and Beyond and at an Autual Gold Sponsor page (both at the Autual Hyperlinks web portal, found at Autual.com):

Prior to sponsoring as an Autual Gold Sponsor, you agree in an email to send a check to Autual Hyperlinks after your links are published for three months, paying 10% of your level of sponsorship at that time (net 30). Your check is made payable to "Autual Hyperlinks" and is mailed to the Autual Hyperlinks billing address, as will be emailed to you.

3. As an Autual Gold Sponsor, you further agree to send a check for the balance, paying the remaining 90% of your level of sponsorship after your links have been published for the full promised number of days, per your level of sponsorship (net 30; in paying the balance to "Autual Hyperlinks").

4. Your sponsored web links are published in two locations, alphabetically. One of your links is displayed on the Autual Gold Sponsor page for your desired level of sponsorship, and your other link is displayed within the appropriate portal category at The Berkshires and Beyond.

5. As an Autual Gold Sponsor, you agree to notify Autual Hyperlinks of any website changes you make that affect your web links in a material way (for example, you have a new website address or your website content no longer falls within your web portal category, etc.).

6. If the Autual Hyperlinks website is temporarily offline, whether for technical reasons or otherwise, lost days shall be made up by Autual Hyperlinks as soon as possible, until your web links have been published for the duration of the sponsorship level, provided that the Autual Hyperlinks website is back online; once back online as a working web portal, the Autual Gold Sponsor's publishing (and payment) schedule resumes.

7. Autual Hyperlinks will remove your web links at your request, within a reasonable number of business days, or if Autual Hyperlinks decides it can no longer publish your links. In the case of sponsored links not published for the full duration, Autual Hyperlinks is paid on a prorated basis at that time, net 60, based on your sponsorship level and the number of days your web links were published.

8. You agree to check on your sponsored web links from time to time and will notify Autual Hyperlinks if a link is not working or is not currently published (etc.).

9. As an Autual Gold Sponsor, you agree to visit the Autual Hyperlinks website now and then, maintaining a general familiarity with the site.

10. You understand Autual Hyperlinks will delete your web link on your Autual Gold Sponsor page if your sponsorship has lapsed; however, the absence of a web link at an Autual Gold Sponsor page is not necessarily indicative that there was formerly a sponsored link.

11. Autual Hyperlinks may choose to delete your web link at The Berkshires and Beyond when a sponsored link has lapsed.

12. At any time, Autual Hyperlinks may delete from The Berkshires and Beyond any web link not currently sponsored (including a formerly sponsored web link no longer sponsored; expired or lapsed).
