The Berkshires and Beyond + Autual Gold Sponsor

The Autual Hyperlinks web portal features The Berkshires and Beyond and the Autual Gold Sponsor web links.

For an Autual Gold Sponsor, a web link to the sponsor's website is published at The Berkshires and Beyond and also at the Autual Gold Sponsor web links page for the chosen sponsorship level: Autual Metrics, The Calendar, Holiday Hyperlinks, Hyper-Buyer, The Threebie, or Autual Gold Club. Both hyperlinks are published for approximately 5 days beyond the advertised duration; for example, The Calendar links will be published for about 405 days (or not less than the advertised duration of 400 days).

Autual Metrics: sponsoring at $100,000 (USD); two 500-day links; the Autual Metrics level of sponsorship.

The Calendar: sponsoring at $36,500; two 400-day links; originally a single 365-day link at $100 per day.

Holiday Hyperlinks: sponsoring at $9,000; two 380-day links; originally a single 90-day link for $9,000.

Hyper-Buyer: sponsoring at $3,000; two 370-day links; originally a single 30-day link for $3,000.

The Threebie: sponsoring at $300; two 360-day links; originally a single 3-day link for $300.

Autual Gold Club: sponsoring at $50, $100, or $150; two 300-day, 310-day, or 320-day links, respectively.

In addition to a review of the Pricing page, the prospective Autual Gold Sponsor reviews the terms of the Autual Gold Sponsor Linking Agreement (a supplement to this Pricing page), in considering the publishing of web links.

After a mutual understanding is reached via email with Autual Hyperlinks (such as to the level of sponsorship and the date to begin publishing), payment of 10% (ten percent) is due after the first 100 (one hundred) days of the publishing of the two web links (one link at The Berkshires and Beyond + one at the sponsor's desired Autual Gold Sponsor page), with this payment made to Autual Hyperlinks by the Autual Gold Sponsor.

If for some reason the Autual Gold Sponsor did not make the 10% payment (above paragraph; considered opting out on the part of the Autual Gold Sponsor), then the links will be taken down by Autual Hyperlinks.

If the 10% payment is made, and once both links have been published for the full number of days of the sponsorship term (for example, 360 days), the sponsor pays the balance of 90% (ninety percent).

Each payment is net 30, made payable to "Autual Hyperlinks."

UNSPONSORED WEB LINKS at The Berkshires and Beyond:

Autual Hyperlinks might sometimes publish various unsponsored links at The Berkshires and Beyond (only), for an indefinite or a more specific duration.

With respect to unsponsored links, Autual Hyperlinks nevertheless welcomes any future sponsorship.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Some web portal categories at The Berkshires and Beyond are found within more general categories. For example, Appliances is currently a portal category within the Home category. Also, websites accessed through a location category, such as London, shall relate to another category, such as Automotive.

The publishing of a sponsored or unsponsored web link at the Autual Hyperlinks web portal does not represent Autual Hyperlinks' endorsement by, or of, any party, or any affiliation, as there does not exist any endorsement and/or affiliation between the two parties.

Although Autual Gold Sponsor allows for a web link to be sponsored, there is to be no exchange of value to Autual Hyperlinks in the case of an unsponsored link.

Autual Hyperlinks reserves the right not to publish a hyperlink, whether as an unsponsored link or for an offer of remuneration to Autual Hyperlinks. As well, Autual Hyperlinks may delete any unsponsored link or any expired (formerly sponsored) link at any time.

Autual Hyperlinks further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the web portal service at any time, based on economic, technical, or other factors, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
